Professional Protocol

Prepare
Double cleanse and prepare the skin according to the MITRA Professional Treatment Protocol.

Apply
Apply one even layer using gloved hands or fan brush, ensuring uniform coverage of the treatment area.

Observe
Monitor the skin throughout the treatment and leave in place for up to 10 minutes or as clinically indicated.

Tingling is a normal sensation & can be counter acted by lightly tapping fingers over the face.

Recover
Generously apply MITRA Post Peel Recovery Mist to cool, comfort and restore hydration following treatment. Press into skin and remove any remaining residue with damp cool fibrella.

Finish
Complete the treatment with the appropriate MITRA finishing products and prescribe the recommended MITRA home care regimen.

Post Treatment Expectations and Care

Initial erythema is normal & will subside

Dryness & micrsohedding may occur for 1-2 days and is normal. Advise clients not to pick, peel or excessively rub areas of shedding or compromised skin.

Avoid Vitamin A & C and exfoliating serums for 48 hours following treatment.

Treatment frequency should be determined by the treating skin professional according to the patient's skin condition and treatment plan.

Minimum interval required 2 weeks if treating a concern such as breakouts and acne.

This product contains Salicylic Acid so is not suitable for pregnancy/breastfeeding.
