Risk in the products passes to the purchasing clinic once delivery has been completed.

9. Product Ownership After Delivery
Once products have been delivered in good condition, responsibility for their storage, handling and use transfers to the purchasing clinic.
MITRA Cosmeceuticals is not responsible for products that become damaged, deteriorate or lose efficacy due to incorrect storage, mishandling, misuse or circumstances occurring after delivery.
Clinics are responsible for products supplied or sold to their own clients after purchase.
10. Authorised Resale
MITRA Cosmeceuticals is committed to protecting the integrity of our professional clinic network.
Products purchased from MITRA Cosmeceuticals are intended to be sold directly through authorised clinics and professional practices.
Without our prior written approval, products must not be advertised or sold through unauthorised third-party marketplaces or online selling platforms, including but not limited to:

- Etsy
- Discount marketplace websites
- Any other unauthorised online retail platform
